unprofessional I can't testify as to his personality or his workmanship. Perhaps when you are actually paying him for his work, he is professional. However, it does not seem very professional to buy a lot (that he apparently plans to build on) and then not take care of that lot at all. At last measurement the weeds were 26" tall. Since he does not live in this neighborhood, and nobody that does live in this neighborhood is paying him to build on this lot, he seems to not care what it looks like.
