We had a pipe that clogged that created quite the water problem as the water from the clogged pipe went behind the wall instead of where we could visually see the water. Andy is one of the best contractors I have had the privilege of working with! I woke up at 5am before work to my downstairs being completely flooded and contacted him and he responded and was on site within 2 hours. He went above and beyond by helping me deal with my insurance company, leak detection reports and even mitigating issues with my HOA that was responsible for the roof leak. Ran into a little distress during hurricane Debby in August of ‘24. Andy with 704Restore not only got my house back in order but ensured I didn’t get low balled by my insurance company (and they tried). Very timely service, great communication and no hassles.
