We were super pleased with our care! My son went in with a sports injury to his lower back that radiated down his leg. In a not related conversation he had mentioned his chronic headaches. I would like to give Built P.T. and Natalie Roe and very positive review. She was able to diagnose the core issue related to my hip discomfort. She was able to convince an exercise skeptic that daily exercise was needed to keep this 70-ish body moving. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to improve their flexibility and wellbeing.
I was having problems with both shoulders. A friend recommended BUILT Physical Therapy and Dr. Natalie. The personal attention and therapy I received was amazing. The pain I was having was keeping me from sleeping and normal everyday routines. I now have full range of arm and shoulder movement with no pain. I have a home exercise routine that she prescribed for me and I couldn't be happier. I would strongly recommend BUILT and Dr. Natalie.
Dr. Roe is absolutely amazing! From day one, I felt totally seen and heard—which is so rare in healthcare these days. Dr. Roe takes the time to look at the whole body and really gets how things like posture, stress, and everyday movement patterns (desk jobs) affect everything. 15 years into CrossFit and still learning. Still improving. Still chasing better.
