Wow 4.9 stars? If I could give them zero stars I would. We have been looking for this 4.9 service and all we get is crickets. Bought a 2 drawer dishwasher and out of the box, it didn’t work. Instead of boxing it up and taking it back, they sent their service out. They diagnosed it with a defective computer board - so then they send warranty people out to confirm the issue and to order the park. Said it could be several more weeks for the part to come in. This company does a great job and has knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to help you. I had them install a new dishwasher, they offered to take my old one away but I refused at first, then a lot later I called asking if they could and they did without extra charge. Which was very convenient and I'll definitely go back whenever I need professional service of this kind.

After several frustrating (traumatizing) experiences with other appliance retailers, I found BID. I needed to replace a Miele ventless dryer. We live in a remote location and often have difficulty getting service or delivery. My dryer was cheerfully and professionally delivered and installed within 3 days of ordering it. Going forward I will always check with BID first. Highly, highly recommend.
