Everyone was extremely knowledgeable & helpful with getting me set up with my appliance package.
We're glad we went to BID. Natasha helped us while we were there. We browsed looking at the many side by side refrigerators. There were quite a few brands & models to choose from. In years past BID didn't have the quantity or assortment of brands. It was smooth sailing working with Natasha and we found her to be very knowledgeable. It's definitely advantageous to have a woman in BID to help customers & for her to "know her stuff". Our overall experience this time was exceptional. Thank you BID and Natasha!
I got a discount on a dryer for purchasing it in-person. It was cheaper than getting the same model from Home Depot. Sales staff is very friendly, place is gorgeous. We will be returning for all of our appliances in the future.
