All the sales staff are nice and knowledgeable. After multiple visits and advice from them on what to buy I ordered a Thermador range and Dacor downdraft vent and paid my deposit. A week later I get a call saying the manager is turning down my order because of some warranty worry about putting the two units next to each other. What?! Their salesman suggested this combo. Why are you wasting my time? Don't waste yours.
