UPDATE: THIS COMPANY IS IN LIQUIDATION DUE TO INSOLVENCY. Avoid this business at all costs. We went through a 11 month NCAT process to get a refund for more than $15,000. After 3 hearings Koen did not bother to attend, the courts have ruled in our favour based on the evidence. The product was damaged, not what we ordered, no professional installer or knowledge and incredibly late after paying a rush fee. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Owner Koen was very prompt in the sale of our ice bath chiller combo. When it turned up it was scratched and damaged, several leaks in pipe work, no gas. After not hearing back from koen after 3 weeks of trying to contact him, we engaged both a refrigerator and aircon company to try get it going for us. Once they opened the unit up they told us that one of the coils looked to have been welded together, there was a gas leak and also water leaking out of the unit. Do not purchase anything from these guys, once they get your money they completely ignore you! Nothing arrives when promised don't honour there warranty either.
