Ordered 2 light fittings from their online store. One was chrome and the other black. I have been calling for days, leaving messages, emails. Absolutely no response from them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Walked in today to ask a simple question about a van seat. Was met by a bloke that was obviously in a hurry. I didn’t even get half a question out before he told me “oh mate I’m not taking any enquires I’m booked out for the next 12 months”. I walked out, but he told me to “join the mailing list online”. I was like “yer whatever mate, catch ya”.
We had the best time in Raven the Renault & found Jesse & Sam super easy to deal and book with. We took our five month old Freddie our camping for the first time and I’m so glad we chose to hire off these guys as the quality of vans is incomparable. We’ve hired & owned vans in the past but the quality of craftsmanship that goes into the vans you really can’t believe until you see. This is a review from 9 months in to our lap around Australia in our converted VW Crafter. First up the build has stood up superbly to the rigours of being liven in and worked on full time from Feb onwards. Where we have had the odd issue, usually with component systems like the bed lift, or the Simarine monitors support has been immediate and effective.
