Thomas has been a massive help to us since we contacted him just a week ago. We initially asked him to quote for repair work for damaged timber flooring. However, rather than simply quoting and accepting the job, Thomas quickly pointed out other areas of concern that would need to be addressed prior to any repair works, or else risk having the problems repeat.
