First off let me start by saying this company did a beautiful job of refacing my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I am very satisfied with the work they did and it turned out beautiful. Unfortunately not all is good, though. They cracked several tiles on my kitchen floor and damaged some paint on my walls in the kitchen and the bathroom. Mostly minor things. Well, I left a rave review after the work was done. I asked Kaleb about bad reviews and he assured me he stood behind his companies work. Months later some of the drawer fronts started to bow. I thought maybe I was too picky. Then the drawer would no longer line up. Early February Kaleb assured me someone would be out. 3 weeks later I have called and left messages and no returned phone calls or emails. When guests come to my house and see my kitchen from across the room the remodel is dramatic and beautiful. Day to day when I'm working in my kitchen I see all the imperfections due to their lack of details. Their communication with me was poor. They over promised and under delivered. I'm left with raw, unfinished edges on my cabinets and nicks on 5 drawer faces from when the holes for hardware were being installed. Their solution to these two issues was to use a stain stick. Kaleb called my company to install 2 customer provided shower valves. When its time to collect at the end of service he would not answer his phone and text message. this work was done in November and he disputes the charge because we sent him the bill via email. he stated he dont pay tell his work is done. Kaleb is the owner and has very poor attitude. i will never do business withh this client again. i should of read the previous reviews and other contractors have the same issue.
