I have had anything I need done repaired here and they always take great care of me and the cars
BumpOff is a great shop! I was able to get an appointment and installation of my tow bar and supplemental brakes system inside of a week. When it was discovered that I needed an additional part I was able to have it delivered directly to the shop. On top of that, they assisted in hooking up my truck and testing the brake system before I pulled away ready for my next RV adventure. Oh yeah, did I mention it costed less than half of what other shops quoted?
Car is still broken after 6 months of work on and off . Also he has poor customer service care towards his customers.
That dude Rob acts like a child. He worked on my girlfriends car for 6 months and its still broken. When I ask him as a mechanic myself what the problem is, he tells me its my problem. He should be a parts changer not a shop owner.
