The perfecr small town gym could not ask for more!!!
Great little gym, plenty of equipment. Lady working the place was great.
I stopped in to look at facilities. Very impressive! Downside - membership fee. Students and seniors are on a fixed income and $63 is the difference between meat or macaroni for the month - which defeats the purpose if one is trying to build muscle when unable to afford the protein. I am very aware the owner needs to recoup finances that went into the gym - time to be creative!
Absolutely love B4L the only thing missing is a hip thrust machine lol and the 24hr access is the best for those crazy hours
