We recently (late 2024) completed a knock-down rebuild in the Sutherland Shire. Through a tendering process, we chose James and his company, Buildup Constructions, because we were impressed by his detail on costs and friendly, open manner. The most important decision to make when taking on a building project, is your choice of builder. After recently completing our first duplex development with Build Up Constructions, we can now say we got that decision 100% right! While we were going through the process of choosing a builder James provided us with all the information we required in a timely manner. We highly recommend James and BuildUp as we have recently completed renovations. We now have the home we can grow old in. Nothing was too hard, and the end result is amazing and we're very happy.
