Built a beautiful pergola and rehabilitated a shed that another contractor screwed up. They earn 5 stars for exceptional customer service. Buildtechz is a rare company that does as promised, when promised, and stands behind its work. They willingly came back after the job was done to resolve pop-up issues. Who else does that after they have already been paid? Rare indeed!
We had a positive experience working with Harold McNeal and his crew on our home renovation. He worked with us to accommodate our budget and addressed every question or concern we had. Everyone from finance to the contractors were friendly and pleasant. His crew didn't waste time and completed the job in a timely fashion. They did an amazing job with opening my kitchen up to get it to an open concept look. They installed a massive beam. Team was fast and clean. I will be doing more work in the near future with Build Techz
