ZERO STARS is more like it! STAY AWAY FROM BUILDPRO AT ALL COSTS!! I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM FOR MONTHS OVER A DISPUTE! I provided them all the documentation, called the finance company, and shown them that they clearly created this problem b/c of ineptitude, lack of communication, poor office practices and overall incompetence. I had a new roof installed in June of this year that was rated for 130 mile per hour winds. Then Ian came along with winds that exceeded 130 mph. We had damage to some of the ridge caps. They came over after the hurricane and tarped the damaged areas and then came back today and fixed the roof. Total cost for tarping and fixing the roof was $0.00.
A representative was supposed to be at my residence on Monday 6 September 2022 sometime between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM they were a no show! No call text or Email! Very unprofessional!
Terrible. Destroyed my yard by driving a truck around it, got is stuck then kept gunning it digging in ruts. Then they went behind my shed and I caught them digging a hole to get dirt from. Drove over my sego palm tree and killed it. I have solar panels thru them (sunpro) and then PROMISED to clean them and just installed them back dirty (no cleaning at all), When I complained, a guy came back and sprayed them off calling it cleaning, then caught my wife leaving for work and had her sign saying he cleaned them (all of this o... read more
Quoted a few different customers on roofs. These customers shared their Build Pro estimates with me and these are a joke. I looked at one that was $10,000.00 over. It does not cost $871.00 per square to do a roof!!! Absolutely robbing people
