2 months, and I hav not record the product I paid for and when I tried to cancel, they have refused to refund my money. Almost 9 weeks and I still don’t have moly money back. This may not happen to everyone, but if it happens to me, it can happen again!
This has been one of the worst companies to deal with. I purchased 96” long molding on their website and a week after my order, they emailed me and said they wanted to cut the molding in half to save money on shipping. TBH he collected and charged me $99 for shipping and I was surprised they didn’t have that estimate more accurately reflected when I placed the order.
