Although the contractor was nice and the employees were professional and did quality work; several delays were caused by no one showing up at the house for weeks at a time. We were told someone would be on site on a certain day and then it would be several days or weeks (once 3 weeks) before anyone would come. The project ended up taking over a year longer than it was supposed to. Additionally, they dug a basement and put in an outside pump system (instead of the suggested pump inside the basement).
