Buildingwise have assisted me with obtaining a construction certificate for an ancillary structure in my backyard and will also undertake the various inspections throughout the build. Being an absolute novice to home renovations and the associated documentation, Buildingwise saved my sanity. For me, the Building Application to start the process was horrendous, and the terminology completely foreign, the staff at Buildingwise were patient, knowledgeable, and very tolerant of my questions, making the process a lot less painful.
