I contacted them via their website during the holidays and to my surprise I received a call back the very next day. We were able to make a deal on 2 axle 6’6” x 16’ trailer utility trailer over the phone. Unfortunately, I ended up in the hospital and could not pick it up. My wife took over and Randy treated her with respect and helpfulness, never attempting to change our deal (which I consider very favorable to me). Randy ( the salesman) told us the building would pass code in Raleigh County. He lied to us just to make a sale. Now we have to put more money into the building. Please do not trust anything he says. In fact he told us not to contact the coding office. The buildings don’t pass Raleigh County code. Beware ! So if you live in Raleigh County WV codes does not matter.
