Buyer Beware. Read your contract closely. They promised me a simple interest loan and at closing they tried to get me ...to sign a contract which was "rule of 78" financing. When they were caught they tried to "play dumb." I wasted an entire day driving 101 miles one way, countless phone calls & emails. I'm glad I had enough common sense to read the contract. READ BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!!!!!
