We are so appreciative that we hired Andrew to conduct our pre settlement inspection. He is very throughout and also took the time to explain to us defects or issues that we otherwise would have no idea they were. His report was detailed but also very easy to read. Would highly recommend!!!

Absolutely terrible experience as a seller. The report says things like " no termites found, but termites may be present in hidden areas". Grout Missing from tiles that could cause water into wall cavity. An attempt to conceal damage may already be present and invasive check is suggested. Absolutely made up conclusion. Toilet door open inwards. Can't access roof... but due to age suggest full replacement. Even know it hasn't been inspected. For a guy that tells me to my face that he has to stick to code and not his opinion..... read more
