Woah! What service! My air went out and we are expecting some hot and humid days. I called at 7:15 am, was called back before 8:45 am, with an estimate arrival time of 9:30. I arrived home and Jeff was parked in front my house (I also had received a text message confirming his upcoming arrival). He found the problem in SECONDS. And then he fixed it in MINUTES!
