I've used Building Waters in the past and they were always on the spot. Other companies will come in about a week or two. They are honest and prices are fair compared to others I've called. One company wanted 200 just to come out. Building Waters came out and fixed my problem for less than half that.
We have used Building Water for almost two years now. I pick up the phone, and wow do I get help. The staff and anyone who has come out has gone above and beyond. I truly appreciate their amazing customer service, and any questions or concerns are addressed. I am thrilled we found them. I feel comfortable with them in my home!!! They have always shown respect to me and my home.
They were awesome. The nicest technicians, honest, worked fast, cleaned everything up, very professional.
Be careful. They don't snake drains. I called for service on two slow draining sinks and before I knew it, a guy from a second " sister" company showed up. Then I was charged for 2 separate service calls, and ultimately paid 500$ for 2 snakes and a trap replacement. Wife called and talked to Dave from econo and he was not particularly nice. We have been happy with their services for over a decade, but we're going elsewhere for our bath remodel next year.
I had a front porch railing and hand rail installed today. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and the courteous and friendly installers. Arrived when pomised and did a great job cleaning up after. I would definitely recommend this company for any work you may need performed.
