Always helpful they get you in and out
My wife and I were told by Shari here at this location that she would speak to her manager about our account. She assured she would call our cellphone back in an hour with an answer. It’s been over a week and we have not heard from Sharinor anyone from this branch. Whenever we call Shari is in a “conference call” . Highly do not recommend this Bank for any business at all better off going with Wells Fargo because THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK AND GIVE YOU PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
If my Union didn't make bank here I wouldn't touch this bank. Worst bank I've ever dealt with

Recently had a bad experience with the Bloomington location was trying to get a loan and got the run around and ended up not getting one with them . Did not get any email or call back after I left a voicemail. Then when I went into the branch people were working from home and obviously had not even seen my email or phone call .
