Recently had a bad experience with the Bloomington location was trying to get a loan and got the run around and ended up not getting one with them . Did not get any email or call back after I left a voicemail. Then when I went into the branch people were working from home and obviously had not even seen my email or phone call .
I had the most wonderful experience today. Both front desk ladies Gretchen and Dakota were so helpful and kind regarding a tough situation I am in. They provided a non-judgemental experience and resolved my issues right away. I highly reccomend this Credit Union and specifically this location.
