I was working with Maria Gillette ! She helped me way above and beyond. I am 22 and don’t know anything about being a homeowner she taught me step by step helped me find the right house for me and my family. I will be always grateful for her help . Even she helped me get the right lender and locking welcome home funds at the same time !!! She is the best !!!

Joey always went above and beyond to attend to our needs and plan changes, and he was always super available and never made us feel like our very new to the process questions were silly. Also, Alex is so kind and wonderful too, and so were all the contracted workers. We highly recommend!!
oh my God, Cindi Batson is a sweet, caring, patient, professional, pleasant, punctual, charming, very knowledgeable about Cynthiana, country girl that knows everyone. I have been working with her from out of town and what a great experience. She sends me walk-through voice described videos and pictures of the properties. Highly recommend her.
I don’t know very much about purchasing a house but me and my husband was passing by this house we were interested in and called the number on the sign. I had one question about it but immediately a woman named Mary that answered had an attitude and treated me like I was stupid. I’m not saying this whole company is unprofessional but she definitely was.
I had the most lovely experience with this company but especially with my realtor Monica Suholtz. I was a first time home buyer and what made Monica so great was that she listened very carefully to me and asked lots of great questions.
