Michael and his team were great to work with and were very efficient with not only the repair but also getting the repair completed in a reasonable time! The service technician was knowledgeable,respectful and efficient with diagnosing and fixing the problem in my h v a c unit!

We’ve had a great experience with Building System Solutions and would highly recommend them. Michael and all of his staff at Building System Solutions have turned around our hotel that had been poorly maintained to a system that does what it was designed to do. They openly communicate before, during and after each service and provide expert opinions and suggestions where they seem fit. Anytime BSS is called or needed, they answer everytime and are there for you. Highly, highly recommended!

Excellent HVAC contractor ! Reliable , honest, professional , punctual and knowledgeable. They have been servicing our existing system for several years and have done a great job. Currently they are updating our antiquated system w new units that should make our home cool and heat much more efficiently.
