The first time I was in escrow I scheduled Rick, he was awesome. He explained everything very thoroughly and I learned a lot about the house and what to look for. That house fell out of escrow because of HOA issues so the second time I was in escrow Rick was booked so we went with Jerry. He was fantastic as well and took the time to explain everything. As a buyer I would feel confident with having either of them. We also got the Sewer scope, Chuck was great as well

Rick was so thorough. The report was very detailed. Multiple issues with the property were revealed that needed to be corrected. Rick is very friendly and I highly recommend him.
Having a home inspection can be difficult. Hearing everything that is wrong with the house you are buying isn't fun. We loved Rick and his thorough work. I personally went through the entire home with him and learned a lot. Would highly recommend.
