Rick was so thorough. The report was very detailed. Multiple issues with the property were revealed that needed to be corrected. Rick is very friendly and I highly recommend him.
Having a home inspection can be difficult. Hearing everything that is wrong with the house you are buying isn't fun. We loved Rick and his thorough work. I personally went through the entire home with him and learned a lot. Would highly recommend.
I used this company for the inspection of my home (as the seller), and my experience was awful. The inspector started his report by stating that the real estate agent rushed him. What he failed to mention is that he arrived late and then spent about five hours inspecting the house. If that wasn’t enough time, I don’t know how much more he would have needed.
