I contacted Building Specialists to provide an estimate to rennovate a small 10 x 7 bathroom, to include new vanity, sinks, fixtures and some lighting. It took over 3 months and numerous calls and emails to finally get a response. When finally presented with an estimate, the scope of work was not what I requested, and I was unashamedly presented with an estimate at a whooping $68,000!!
