We had a great experience with John and Shannon. It was a 2 year remodel of our 100 year old hunting camp. A big project with lots of challenges but we worked well together and make it happen. Cost came in as planned and finished product is great it will be around for another 100 years.
John Carlson has done outstanding work in our home from finishing our beautiful basement to repairing decking, fixing plumbing and installing sliding doors. Highly recommend.
John and Shannon turned our tired, old rental property into a beautiful home. Think shows like “Fixer-Upper”. It was that kind of transformation. Walls had to be knocked down, a spiral staircase connecting three stories had to be installed, and on and on. They were both wonderful to work with and we gladly recommend them.
