I have been trying to reach this company for the past 5 months with no luck. They did work for me 5 years ago and I have a warranty on it and now that things are going wrong they are no where to be found. I have called and emailed using the link on the web site with no luck. Excellent company to work with. I have an older home and had barely any insulation. I also had an older hot water heater. I had estimates from 5 different companies and Building Sciences performed the extensive evaluation. They also participate in the NJ energy rebate program (as did 2 other companies I got estimates from). the owner, ******, came to my house the day of the assessment and then discussed what my house needed to become more energy efficient. Our home needed a new heating system and an AC. We also needed insulation as out 70-year old home was cold and drafty. We contacted several companies and only Building Sciences actually found the root problem to our leaky and drafty home. They were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either. We have tried working with the customer to the best of our ability. All the work was done according to the NJ Clean Energy standards and to the program requirements. We could not lower our price as much as the customer wanted. Further, the customer was asking for work to be done that was specifically not part of our skill set nor in the agreement.
