Hired for roofing and siding contract, communication is not transparent. I paid more than original agreement and job isn’t 100% done. Lack of consistency and reliability especially with communication outweighs workmanship. Took 3 months to complete the job leaving tidbits unfinished.

Called for an estimate. They were punctual and professional. Decided to wait until spring to do the work required on our church foundation.
I hired this contractor to renovate my bathroom. First he told me a week, the day they started he said 3 weeks. Three weeks in the walls aren't even completed. He shows up sporadically works a few hours and leaves. I gave him $9000 of the $12000 I was quoted. I have now fired him and he refuses to give me any money back and is saying I owe him another $1000! He said he has put 95 hours into this job. LOL. I have to hire someone else as my bathroom isn't usable. Don't hire these guys
