I looked at reviews first before calling any of the options I found online. BRL’s had the best reviews so I called them. The lady who answered was very polite and she tells me Josh would be calling but that he was out of town on another job so he might not get to me the same day. I was okay with that. Josh called me and told me what was going on but that he would be at my home later in the day. Josh came by fixed my door better than the builders job by far he did. Can't think of any reason not to give BRL and Bob 5 stars. I just moved in to a 22 year old house and even though both AC units had been checked normal, I couldn't cool the house down to below 80 degrees on a hot day. Plenty of insulation in the attic so it had to be the windows. They were original aluminum frame, dual-pane windows but many of them had failed. This company is great! Everything went as promised and my door was installed even earlier than expected. Bob and his crew were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend.
