After hurricane Florence we were getting surface mold in an area in our kitchen. The area had an elevated ceiling line with two sky lights. I had been having moisture issues in my attic for several years that were never completely resolved. I was referred to BPS (Building Performance Specialists). BPS did a study of my home to determine what was causing the moisture problem. After the study was completed, a written report was provided detailing their recommendations on resolving the issue.
