Purchased twelve 3/4 inch plywood boards. They loaded 5/8 inch boards. When I tried to return them the owner was incredibly rude/condescending. They refused to give me a refund (even though they loaded the wrong boards) and would only give me a store credit. Not a very good solution since I would prefer to never step foot in this business again. When I tried to redeem the store credit later, the owner refused to honor the store credit.
