Worst management company after Pike International...owners should feel embarrassed...
My mother lived at one of these properties, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing and upsetting her experience was. In my opinion, BLT is an absolutely terrible management company, and after seeing firsthand how my mother was treated, I would be perfectly happy to see this company go out of business. Dear BLT and the Current Dock Master, As a seasoned boater working on mega yachts for 15+ years, down to the 60’ boat I do now, I’ve never before been to a marina which offers so little for the price one pays for 6 months. We have been coming here for years now and have gotten use to the fact that NO ONE cares, up until last summer when Harbor Point North, run through BLT, hired a Dock Master who actually did and knew what he was doing!
