BLT is an absolutely horrible management company. I lived in Postmark for eight years and had nothing but positive experiences there—the building was well-run, and the management team was professional and attentive. Unfortunately, since moving to Escape (a BLT-managed building) a year and a half ago, my experience has been the complete opposite. I was in the process of taking some automotive photos of my car at Harbor Point when, about five minutes in, a man approached and asked what I was doing. I explained that I was photographing my car, at which point he told me I wasn’t allowed to do that. The grounds are immaculate. The staff very responsive. If you love dogs, this is your place! Location is perfect. Like living in a resort without the tourists.
