Moved to a BLT property last year & right from the very beginning of the process, Keneisha S from the leasing office was phenomenal. Made our move absolutely stress-free, answered a LOT of my calls & questions and never made me feel rushed. Even after I moved-in, Keneisha continues to be the nicest & most helpful person ever. The BLT management is awful. The leasing agents are not trained and do not know basic information about the buildings. Granted they are nice but we should be getting all the correct facts when we’re spending this much money to rent. We first lived in NV and could barely get any responses to emails from management. When we moved into Escape the apartment we signed for was not the same as the one we toured. Not the fault of the agent he was just stating what his paperwork said. This place is an absolute joke. I will do everything in my power to ensure no one I know never rents from these scam artists ever again. As Josh mentions below….extremely dishonest in charging and taking your money for things you clearly did not do. Take pictures of EVERY little detail when you move in. Document everything.
This review is about Mers, Sebastian, and Jones in Escape. They have each been responsive and gone out of their way to be helpful in all ways from answering questions to any maintenance issues. They make themselves available and help to resolve issues with a sense of urgency and strong communication.
This review is for the leasing office. When looking for a new apartment I had the pleasure of working with Franklin. He went above and beyond throughout the process, answering every question I had, and showing me a variety of different units. He made himself fully available during the search and offered a lot of great insight.
