My mother lived at one of these properties, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing and upsetting her experience was. Dear BLT and the Current Dock Master, As a seasoned boater working on mega yachts for 15+ years, down to the 60’ boat I do now, I’ve never before been to a marina which offers so little for the price one pays for 6 months. My husband called multiple times on different days to inquire about the available apartments, and after listening in on every one of those conversations, I am honestly shocked at how terrible the leasing team is. He spoke with two different leasing agents who were both quite terrible at their jobs. While listening to these conversations, I heard completely conflicting information from each person. Extremely disappointed with the unresponsive leasing staff and lack of urgency shown by all building managers and staff. Extremely poor move out experience — beware of hidden fees.
