The teachers are okay, but the administration is very inflexible. My child attended for only three weeks, yet we were charged for approximately 1.5 months of tuition due to the school’s 30-day notice policy and tuition accrual practices. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. I sent multiple emails seeking clarification and assistance but received little to no response. We had an overwhelmingly positive experience with the Building Kidz School of San Jose and are so grateful for the love, care, and patience shown by the teachers. This was our little one’s first time attending preschool. When he started, he was not yet speaking much and was still learning how to interact with other children his age. My son spent two years here, and as his very first school, the teachers completely exceeded our expectations. From day one, they went out of their way to make sure he felt happy, loved, and secure. My child has attended Building Kidz San Jose since she was 6 months old and is now 5 years old. We have had a wonderful experience over the years and feel incredibly grateful for this school. The teachers, director, and staff are caring, professional, and truly invested in the children. The classrooms are clean, spacious, and welcoming, and the environment feels safe and nurturing.
