Had him build a roof over our deck, it’s leaked from day one. He was acting like he was going to fix it, but he keeps caulking the areas and causing more leaks. He promised in the beginning he would not do us wrong and HE HAS DONE US WRONG!! His last email was I’m trying to get a group to come out and fix, that was in December 2024 sometime in the beginning of 2025 he sent me an email that said he was ordering new parts And was working on getting a crew to fix it, but we haven’t heard from him since. I worked directly with the owner, Mike, to add a sunroom to the back of our house. It took this company 2 years to complete it, and the roof has been leaking since they installed it. I have notified Mike on several occassions about the leak and have heard nothing back. They built it, told me I had a 5 year warranty and apparently don't backup the warranty. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their communication lacks and their so called integrity is horrible.
