From organising the final inspection to completing the inspection the team were great and very responsive to queries and John who completed the inspection was very thorough.

UPDATE: Nothing in the response below from this company addressed the issues raised in my review. If they are as good as they claim they would have accepted an error was made by their inspector and compensated their client for the additional repair costs incurred. REVIEW: Extremely disappointed with this company. Having used them before, at which I was very happy with the service for a staged inspection on a new build, I recommended them to a family member. We had a great experience with Nick at Building Inspectors Adelaide. They were affordable, on time, and very professional. Great communication and a friendly team! The inspection was thorough and they provided a detailed report, picking up on a few things we had missed. Their report allowed us to make an informed decision about how much to bid on the property. I highly recommend them and I'd definitely use their services again!
