Not great, substandard report with poor pictures. Not enough information, issues not classified minor or major. Report mainly consisted of cosmetic issues (i.e cracked cornices) while biggest concerns were skipped such as biggest crack running through an internal wall to the other side. Roof cavity was inspected but not the roof itself. Bathroom had a grout missing, I asked whether there is a risk of moisture problems but I was told there is no moisture problems.
