Brian went above and beyond for us. We contacted him to conduct a building inspection within 24 hours or placing the call he had conducted a site visit and even done prior research onto the property. I had very good experience in working with Ibrahim. He is highly professional and incredibly thorough during inspection and pays attention to details. He provides very thorough reports which includes all the major and minor defects with photos and describe the defects. I would highly recommend him for all building inspections.
