I called the business number, and the man who answered was rude. I said I was calling for an estimate for a couple of residential tasks. He immediately responded, "I don't do that kind of work. I only do light plumbing." As if I know the difference between "light" vs. "heavy" plumbing. I described the jobs to him (garbage disposal hook up and shutoff valve replacement), and asked if that was considered heavy or light. He said, "That's heavy plumbing, I don't do that kind of work."
