This "nonprofit" is a complete scam! They entered into a purchase agreement to buy a property we have listed for sale. They did not place a deposit as they signed a legal contract agreeing to do so. They then proceed to back out of the agreement single handily without any justification! I would stay very far from this company. They are not honest nor are they direct.

worst company ever.., the owner is a CRIMINAL she's stolen money from the city of Westland and goes by a different name don't trust her UPDATE on 2/26/24: I’m not sure why someone is responding to my post 6 years later however I was a client in 2017 and had to sue Tonia Cramer in small claims court & was awarded my judgement!! For anyone’s info -they did take my information address and phone said they would get back with me and never said they don’t help with property taxes ! So that is a lie beware -Called a week ago for property tax help only because I was referred here to call , took my info and never got back with me . I’ll make sure I let them know they do not help and to remove their name off the list .
