Lovely Ben and Vicky, both very helpful. Great work !
We had a (pre-purchase) express planning session with Vicky. Was just what we've been looking for! Hard to know where to start to cost up renovations for properties you don't yet own. Vicky gave us advice on specific places we've been considering putting an offer in for and more general advice on how to estimate costs for reno works. Incredible knowledge on all things Inner North property and renovation.
I can't recommend Vicky, Ben, Oli, Anita and all the team enough. They are thorough, excellent craftperson skills, thoughtful, professional and good humans. Renovations are such a complex journey — particularly emotional and psychological. Building Evolution supported me throughout the process — I learnt a lot. Highly recommended!! We contracted Building Evolution to rebuild our old shed which contained asbestos. The project included a new concrete foundation, timber framing, insulation, cladding, roofing, essentially creating a multipurpose workspace. Vicky, Ben, Sam and co. did an amazing job! Throughout all stages of the process, the team were very helpful, transparent and maintained excellent communication. The team worked hard, had great attention to detail and we finished ahead of schedule.
The team did an amazing job from start to finish helping us shape up the design and delivering on the vision with incredible craftsmanship! Vicky and Ben are a super team and our PM, Oli, was an absolute superstar. Very grateful to the team.
