Excellent, fast service which gave us a great idea of the property we were looking at. In addition we had a really good honest discussion with inspector to discuss potential solution to problems which had been found. It gave us great confidence in negotiations with the real-estate. Highly recommend this inspection service.
Paul's service was exceptional and the report was very thorough and very helpful. The turn around time was within a few days and earlier than I had expected.
