Top notch experience from sales to delivery. Spencer has been responsive and informative and creative in optimizing my attic access hatch, ensuring that no blow in insulation can clog my eves and soffits, sealed up gable walls and any attic floor penetrations, enclosed bathroom vents and recessed ceiling lights and did everything he could to accommodate my concerns and requests. This company is top knotch price was good they did what they got paid for. The installer did a great job although I forgot his name im bad with names. He cleaned up really good no plastic water bottles and cigarette butts everywere like the other contractors. The owner came out told us what we needed to do and he did it if ur looking for a job to get done and done the correct way i would advise you used this company.
Extremely disappointed and unhappy. It seems other customers also had similar frustration. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Building Efficiency scheduled and confirmed a one week long insulation project with me through Mass Save program. Not easy for me to schedule with tenants; but both units oked and agreed for that week. Company owner Spencer (nice guy) even stoped by property two weeks before project start date to make sure before work starts. It was a green light to go.
