I attempted to see what Building Dreams Construction could offer but was more disappointed by the lack of communication in just trying to meet with someone for my project. I had to message twice on their website before I even got a response and that took almost two weeks. When they scheduled a day and time to meet, their representative is clearly unable to manage their schedule and did not show up. I received no message by phone, text or email as to why. Building Dreams Construction built our custom home from conception to finish. They started this project just ahead of the COVID nightmare and all that went with that regarding supply issues, labor, etc. They kept the project ON TIME, and ON BUDGET despite all the challenges. Love the finished look of our main floor remodel. Glad to see our 80s kitchen gone and like the new open concept updated kitchen and living room. Troy had a great suggestion of reconfiguring our steps to basement, which gained us 40 extra inches in kitchen space. Workers just need to focus on paying attention to quality and details so things can be done correctly the first time.
