2 Stars – Second star only because yes, they did build a house. Workmanship Issues: Front, back, and side entry doors were installed incorrectly and all had to be reinstalled. I was charged for the full install. One employee lost a part of a door during construction; the company acknowledged this and said they would fix it. Closet doors remain uninstalled two years after the build. Closet racks were not secured to the wall and eventually fell over. On many long 8.5-hour workdays, little to no progress was made. Building Dreams should be your first call. I got a hold of Troy and he was out within a few days to brush hog behind my house. It was very overgrown and, as always, he went above and beyond and did a great job; clearing more than we both thought possible.
We are grateful to work with such an outstanding group! Top notch attention to detail and super professional!!!
I attempted to see what Building Dreams Construction could offer but was more disappointed by the lack of communication in just trying to meet with someone for my project. I had to message twice on their website before I even got a response and that took almost two weeks. When they scheduled a day and time to meet, their representative is clearly unable to manage their schedule and did not show up. I received no message by phone, text or email as to why.
