The car Eagle Carport “ Building Designs ” Are Scammers they will take your down payment and Call it a deposit ,on a building that has never been installed. They will never give you your money back, no matter how much you call or email them. Be aware of them I will not do business with them, bad customer service.

If only I could give you 0 star rating.... We put down our deposit on May 25th, 2017. On March 3, 2018 they FINALLY attempted to call us to install our building. Almost 10 months later???? Clearly I have a building already. Now we're fighting for our deposit back. 547 dollars. They say all sales are final. Guess what they sold us?? NOTHING AT ALL! This is a very strange and unfortunate situation: This customer placed a deposit on a building 10 months ago, then placed their order on hold because their concrete was not ready. (-date and time documented by Eagle) They were asked to contact scheduling when their slab was ready for installation, but neither Eagle Carports nor Building Designs heard from them, until Eagle Carports checked with them to see if they still wanted the building around March 3rd of this year. Paid a deposit for a carport and made me wait over 2 months. Decided I didn't want it after they kept canceling the carport install and build. They did this 4 times and kept giving lame excuses as to why the installers didn't come. David and Valerie did not want to issue a refund and said all sales were final. Customers are not aware that most negative reviews of these suppliers could have been handled and corrected at the Dealer level- meaning if the customer had contacted the Dealer, or if the Dealer had been experienced enough, the situation would have been fixed long before it became a negative review.
