I would not recommend Ramon. He promised twice to provide a city permit and never provided the permit. He stated a man is only as good as his word and he fell back on it more than once. Initial cost was reasonable but increased throughout the job. He was not licenses in the city where the work took place which was later determined, in which he tried to pass that cost to get licensed to me. Still owe me a city permit and has stated he will not provide one.
