Worst products ever!! Do not buy!! Our fire station #15 is cold during the day and so warm during summer night's we cannot even begin to sleep! Now that it's colder outside we have no idea how to turn on the gas Heater's to keep our half million dollar fire truck from freezing inside our "bay" area.. let alone the fireman....

I am in the controls industry and have been using Building Cloud products for 10+ years. The software is straight forward and simple to implement with LonWorks and BACnet systems. Most importantly, their tech support is very responsive. The reason for giving a 4 star instead of 5 starts is due to the lack of preloaded graphics/animations for mechanical equipment's (AHU, chillers, pumps, VAVs, etc.). I'm hoping this is something they can work on.
