I had 3 estimates for a small back door porch, railings, steps and a 12x12 patio. Bldg Character last estimate and hands down, the most professional and impressive! Met with Jennifer and explained we knew zero about the materials or design needed. She got right on it with suggestions and advice. Our deck was almost 30 years old, and it looked like it. It was weathered, and the support posts had sunk quite a bit. Jen was great at listening to what we wanted, and wonderful helping us choose materials that would blend in with our house. She also took care of all the permits and paperwork necessary for the township and county. Justin did an excellent job with the installation. He was very professional, and was an amazing worker. Jennifer did a great job in listening to our vision and putting it to a plan. She had great ideas and suggestions. Justin is a master craftsman. He really works methodically and with attention to detail. We wanted a more modern deck, and it turned out beautifully.
