I had 3 estimates for a small back door porch, railings, steps and a 12x12 patio. Bldg Character last estimate and hands down, the most professional and impressive! Met with Jennifer and explained we knew zero about the materials or design needed. She got right on it with suggestions and advice. With 30+ years under their belts, I couldn't have been more pleased with design and cost. 3 gentlemen did the job in 2 long days. They were constantly measuring and leveling every step of the way. We are so excited with our new deck! Building Character is a great company to work with. From the initial estimate to the final inspection they have been exceptionally professional and attentive to our needs. The deck building crew was great! They tore down and built our new deck in just one week! You can tell that they really take pride in their work. Everything was done to perfection and they left the work site spotless. I would highly recommend Building Character for your next project.
Wow! We were super impressed from start to finish with our deck remodel project. Jared and Jennifer helped to redesign pieces of our deck and were patient with some changes we requested. They are professionals and the quality of our deck is fantastic. The install team that did the actual labor were also top-notch and professional. We added lights to the stairs and to some drop-down areas which was also a game changer.Highly recommend them and Building Character LLC . Great work!!!
We just had a new deck built by Building Character LLC and couldn’t be happier with the final result! Jared and his team made the entire process so easy from start to finish. They completed the project on time and within budget — which says a lot. Highly recommend!
We had a large deck built on the back of our house. The estimate process was easy and they were very personable and helpful in giving suggestions and listening to what we wanted too. It was a couple month wait but they started earlier than planned still. Jose and crew did an amazing job and it was cold! Everything turned out great and we can’t wait to use our new deck.
