The deck work they did was amazing! Everything went really smoothly, was very professional, and the finished product looks amazing. Best company I’ve ever hired for deck improvements. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely return if something else comes up.

We have a toddler so it was important to us that we expand the usable space in our backyard. They removed a hot tub, bushes, and moved our drainpipe for us to make room for the patio. Overall, we're very happy with Building Character and the work they did especially considering they worked (6/15 - 7/2) through some pretty extreme heat. Filled out an online request/ interest form for a deck quote. Received a call and scheduled a consult for a week out as Summertime is very busy. Made arrangements for this appointment on a Thursday evening at 5pm. No one showed up, called, or even returned my call from a voicemail I left Thursday on the company phone after the no call/no show.
