Extremely unprofessional behaviour of the person on call, i called on 07-12-2023 at 1:27pm. We were on wait list from march 2023 and now when I called back to follow up I am being told that I am not on there system at all, and the person on call was not helpful but way more rude. She didn't even had basic manners on how to finish the call. Unprofessional and poor communication. Doesn't reply to emails, never available for phone calls and doesn't return calls. The only time they communicate is not cancel appointments. Terrible customer service. I recommend using someone else.
One rating is for poor customer service on call. You can tell the harsh reality to the person politely rather being impolite. Also you should not be misrepresenting the information and then acting like client is wrong and you are right. Please it reflects your policy and your business.
Excellent range of products and the out of the box therapy programs are absolutely amazing. My daughter is working through the fine motor skills box and the quality is great. well thought out lessons and easy to follow instructions.
