While the OT herself was lovely and helpful for my daughter, unfortunately she stopped working and despite being told that I would be transitioned to another therapist I received no communication from Building Blocks and no follow ups. I had to contact the OT directly to find out what was happening and in the end, my daughter was left with nobody to take over and is now back on the wait list at other companies so we have to start from scratch. This is one of the absolute best paediatric occupational therapy practices in Australia. As someone who worked here for several years and now lives interstate, I always recommend Building Blocks Therapy for occupational therapy students and clients for a truly nurturing and supportive community. Lize’s heart and strong values leads this practice to consistently achieve success and growth.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour of the person on call, i called on 07-12-2023 at 1:27pm. We were on wait list from march 2023 and now when I called back to follow up I am being told that I am not on there system at all, and the person on call was not helpful but way more rude. She didn't even had basic manners on how to finish the call. Unprofessional and poor communication. Doesn't reply to emails, never available for phone calls and doesn't return calls. The only time they communicate is not cancel appointments. Terrible customer service. I recommend using someone else.
