The overall experience here was uncomfortable and discouraging. Staff interactions were marked by noticeable attitude and passive-aggressive responses, and questions were met with little interest or helpful guidance. It did not feel like a welcoming or supportive environment for families. We’ve decided to move on and recommend choosing a pediatric practice that communicates respectfully and treats patients with care.
This office was not a good fit for our family. Communication was poor, questions were brushed off, and there was no attempt to offer direction or support. The overall tone felt unwelcoming and dismissive. We will not be returning and suggest choosing a pediatric provider that is more patient, informative, and family-friendly.
Wow. My experience with Building Blocks Pediatric was extremely disappointing. The staff was noticeably rude, dismissive, and openly unwelcoming, and the doctors showed little to no genuine engagement. Terrible experience. Interactions with this office felt tense and uninviting. The communication style came across as passive-aggressive, with noticeable attitude and little willingness to engage or offer guidance. Instead of support, we felt dismissed. We’re moving our child’s care elsewhere and suggest finding a pediatric practice that is respectful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Not recommended for postpartum mothers.
