My family personal experience was mixed the therapist working with my kids was a blessing and my kids liked her a lot the PRP situation was a very different experience (TERRIBLE )so when the therapist was no longer going to be working with my kids and being disrespected on the phone by the new PRP worker I decided that my family was no longer going to deal with this business anymore .
